As our spa coordinator, Norma is responsible for carrying out our day-to-day organizational tasks. She is the welcoming smile you see when you come to our facility. She facilitates communication as the customer service liaison. She schedules and confirms appointments, checks patients in and out, collects payments, and maintains scheduling for office staff. She helps maintain patient privacy and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance.
