She schedules and confirms appointments, checks patients in and out, collects payments, and maintains scheduling for office staff. She helps maintain patient privacy and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance.

As a registered nurse, she obtains patient health history, conducts thorough assessments, administers medications, performs aesthetic procedures, intervenes appropriately, and evaluates and documents outcomes and treatment details.
