Marina Roloff, DNP, FNP-C

Born and raised in Yuma, AZ, Marina Roloff has strong ties in the community and is privileged to provide care to the community that means so much to her as the owner and medical director of Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness. Marina has more than 10 years of experience in the healthcare field, spending the last several years in family medicine providing primary care. She began her nursing career as an in-patient nurse, eventually choosing family medicine to care for patients across a lifespan – from newborns to geriatrics. Leaving primary care was a very difficult decision for Marina because she deeply cares for each of her patients; however, she is passionate about continuing to provide holistic care at Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness.

Her philosophy is to provide exceptional care and treat her patients with the same care she would want for her own family. She believes in building trusting relationships with her patients and encouraging shared decision-making to improve their outcomes.

A board-certified nurse practitioner, Marina Roloff earned a Master of Science in nursing and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, KY. Marina has undergone extensive training and is certified in advanced bioidentical hormone replacement therapy through the Academy of Preventive and Innovative Medicine. Marina also practices as a Certified EvexiPEL® Provider, offering bioidentical hormone pellet therapy to support men and women on their health and wellness journey.

Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness is co-owned by Marina and her husband, Casey, a real estate investor and law enforcement professional. They are parents to their son, Jace Emran, a wildly active, independent, and intelligent athlete, whom they enjoy coaching the majority of his sports teams. When Marina is not working, she enjoys traveling the world, exploring other cultures, and eating amazing food. The beach continues to be her happy place. She also revels in cycling on her Peloton and yoga, which has been pivotal for her mental and physical fortitude.

My experience with Marina was awesome. It didn’t matter what I did after having kids, my body was just not bouncing back. I’ve been in the fitness industry for almost 15 years. I know how to workout, rehabilitate, train my body, meal prep and eat properly. My body/hormones were just shot. My weight and body composition wouldn’t change. I did a lot of hard work for 4 years with no results. I tried everything. This was my last attempt at trying to “bounce back” before my wedding. Which I kept putting off because I wanted to feel like myself walking down the aisle. The semaglutide worked. The fat just melted off. I lost a lot. I started at 185 and now I’m down to 151. I feel like myself again. It’s so wonderful. Now you can actually see all my hard work from the gym. And I looked so good walking down the aisle. Everything came together. I went to enhance to see Cindi for some Botox and she did AMAZING! She was recommended by some of my coworkers and I will now be one to recommend her to people as well. She explained everything to me in terms I understood, took the time to explain the WHY. Asked me about my regular skin care and didn’t make me feel like I needed to completely re do my face or upselling anything additional. She was honest and sweet I felt like I’ve known her forever and I was comfortable.
