Marina Roloff, DNP, FNP-C

Born and raised in Yuma, AZ, Marina Roloff has strong ties in the community and is privileged to provide care to the community that means so much to her as the owner and medical director of Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness. Marina has more than 10 years of experience in the healthcare field, spending the last several years in family medicine providing primary care. She began her nursing career as an in-patient nurse, eventually choosing family medicine to care for patients across a lifespan – from newborns to geriatrics. Leaving primary care was a very difficult decision for Marina because she deeply cares for each of her patients; however, she is passionate about continuing to provide holistic care at Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness.

Her philosophy is to provide exceptional care and treat her patients with the same care she would want for her own family. She believes in building trusting relationships with her patients and encouraging shared decision-making to improve their outcomes.

A board-certified nurse practitioner, Marina Roloff earned a Master of Science in nursing and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, KY. Marina has undergone extensive training and is certified in advanced bioidentical hormone replacement therapy through the Academy of Preventive and Innovative Medicine. Marina also practices as a Certified EvexiPEL® Provider, offering bioidentical hormone pellet therapy to support men and women on their health and wellness journey.

Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness is co-owned by Marina and her husband, Casey, a real estate investor and law enforcement professional. They are parents to their son, Jace Emran, a wildly active, independent, and intelligent athlete, whom they enjoy coaching the majority of his sports teams. When Marina is not working, she enjoys traveling the world, exploring other cultures, and eating amazing food. The beach continues to be her happy place. She also revels in cycling on her Peloton and yoga, which has been pivotal for her mental and physical fortitude.

I went to enhance to see Cindi for some Botox and she did AMAZING! She was recommended by some of my coworkers and I will now be one to recommend her to people as well. Perimenopause has been absolutely horrible for me. In the beginning peri started with only slight period change, until I woke up one day with horrible anxiety, panic attacks, brain fog and insomnia. About a month in when things were not getting any better I called Marina and was able to get in to an appointment with Marina within a week I believe. After extensive blood work I started hormone therapy (progesterone and testosterone cream) after a gradual slow increase month by month (and much tweaking) after 5 months I am finally feeling like the old me. I am finally sleeping 8 hours, having normal stress levels without the over the top anxiety or panic attacks, and brain fog 95% gone. I can't believe it myself, but Thank God this seems to be finally working for me. I did also add other over the counter supplements, but firmly believe my testosterone dose is what helped the most after upping it the last time. I have to admit I was very unsure about my dosage ,as I was afraid I would be dosing too high, but am glad I trusted Marina's judgment. I know that my dosages might need more tweaking in future but for now I am feeling like my old self. I am so happy I decided to see Marina for my hormone replacement.
