ABOUT ENHANCE

Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness is a medical spa and wellness clinic in downtown Yuma, AZ, founded by Marina Roloff, DNP, FNP-C, and her husband Casey Roloff. Hormone optimization, medical weight management, aesthetics, and preventive care live under one roof at 330 S. Main Street.

The practice was built around a simple idea. Skin, mood, energy, and weight share underlying drivers. Hormones. Nutrition. Sleep. Stress. When those drivers are addressed, patients feel like themselves again. Aesthetics is the natural complement to that work, not a separate transaction.

Marina holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She spent six years in primary care before opening Enhance. She leads every consultation, every prescription, and every clinical decision personally. The full team is selected and trained against the same standard.

WHY WE BUILT THIS

After six years as a family nurse practitioner in traditional primary care, Marina kept seeing the same pattern. Patients who described feeling terrible were told their labs were normal. Hormones were rarely checked, and when they were, the reference range was so broad that the people suffering most slipped through it. The system was built around managing sickness, not preventing it.

Marina lived that experience herself. Five years of feeling unwell before a provider finally optimized her hormones and gave her her life back. That experience shaped what she wanted to build for the people in her hometown.

She and Casey invested everything they had into a property in downtown Yuma, renovated it, and built Enhance from the ground up. The intent was straightforward. Comprehensive, preventive, individualized care, available locally to the Yuma community.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

True wellness starts from the inside. When hormones, nutrition, and overall health are optimized, patients feel like themselves again, often for the first time in years. Aesthetics is the natural complement. Once a patient feels good internally, looking like the most confident version of themselves becomes the next layer.

Most med spas treat aesthetics as the destination. At Enhance, it is part of a larger commitment to helping clients become the best version of themselves, mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Our clients come from across Yuma County. Yuma residents make up the home base. Snowbirds and seasonal residents from the Foothills drive in for hormone follow-ups and IV therapy through the winter. Families from Somerton and San Luis come north for weight management programs and aesthetic care, often with bilingual support since English and Spanish are both spoken in the office.

Marina invests tens of thousands of dollars each year in continuing medical education across hormone therapy, weight management, peptides, aesthetics, and laser. COMMUNITY

The practice's commitment to Yuma extends past the walls of the clinic. Marina serves on the Yuma Youth Hockey League (YYHL) Board as Director of Publicity and supports the league through annual sponsorships. She also contributes to local organizations including Hunter's Army and United Way of Yuma County. Yuma is home, and the practice operates that way.
